Nunungan Municipal Mayor filed his Certificate of Candidacy (COC) and sought reelection as a last termer Mayor under the ruling party Partido Demokratiko Pilipino – Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) Team Quibranza-Dimaporo.
Since the administration of Mayor Mamay, significant changes were seen from the establishment of numerous infrastructure projects, settlement of different family feuds (rido) to boosting the town’s eco-tourism.
“However, six (6) years is not enough. We need more time to achieve our vision for the municipality and its people, and we can only do that if we become one for nunungan,” Mayor Mamay said.
As the incumbent Local Executive Chief of Nunungan, it is indeed with great pleasure that from once being branded as the “Sleeping Municipality,” it is continuously becoming a progressive one. With the help of National, Provincial, and Local leaders, Nunungan is moving forward to attain lasting peace and development.
