Roads are so important like arteries through which the local economy pulses. Local officials of Nunungan believe that road projects that they are now implementing are instrumental in linking producers to markets, workers to jobs, students to school, and the sick to hospitals and any other impacts that helped much in the daily scenarios in the lives of community residents.
Roads are vital initiative stipulated in the Local Development Agenda of Mayor Marcos Mamay’s administration with the support of SBM’s or the Sangguniang Bayan Members headed by Vice Mayor Jun Cawasa and the entire workforce of LGU Nunungan.
Nunungan LGU has constructed or rehabilitated more roads in just more than two years of incumbency of the current administration. It lends more for roads aside from education, health, and social services combined. Indeed, roads bring economic and social benefits now compared to past years road condition.
